Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this policy is to:

  • Take all complaints seriously and act promptly and sensitively when issues of discrimination, bullying, harassment or victimisation are raised. All such behaviour may be treated as misconduct and, where appropriate, gross misconduct, which could lead to dismissal or termination of contract.

  • Recognise the seriousness of sexual harassment and acknowledge that it may constitute both a breach of employment rights and a criminal offence. Harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 may also be treated as a criminal matter.

  • Review and update our employment practices and procedures regularly to ensure legal compliance and best practice.

  • Monitor and assess the composition of our workforce (where appropriate and lawful) in terms of age, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, and other relevant characteristics to help us understand progress and identify areas for improvement.

Evaluate the effectiveness of this policy annually, and make necessary changes to support continuous improvement and alignment with legal and societal developments.

This policy is endorsed and supported by the leadership of Agileeto Limited and applies to all employees, contractors, freelancers, and associates. It is the responsibility of all to contribute to an inclusive and respectful working culture.

Breaches of this policy will be addressed through our disciplinary and grievance procedures, and may result in appropriate sanctions.

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as required to reflect changes in law and organisational development.
